Furthermore, you can also communicate with the host on our website to have more information.
We ask our host to answer you under 24 hours but past this, your reservation will be cancelled.
We encourage the communication between hosts and guests. You can expect to have a confirmation in the 24 hours following your reservation.
If you do not receive an answer, the reservation will be cancelled.

If you wish to have more information, just contact your host via the private message system embedded on our website.
Also you will be able to see the pictures of your host on his or her profile, and the pictures of his or her home.
Do not forget, you eat with your host, therefore the meals will be prepared with love and carefulness like if you were family.
If you find any trouble with a host, we will refund you and delete the profile of your host of our website.
At Homemeal we do things simply and efficiently. At the moment the host confirms the reservation, you will receive automatically, all the details you will need.
If you have made a request for a reservation, you should receive an answer in the 48 hours following it.
Don’t forget that you cannot exchange your personal information in the private messages.
We understand that sometimes things come up and you have to cancel your reservation on Homemeal.

Yes you will. We will either reimburse you, or if you wish, do our best to find you another table.
Homemeal adds a commission fee of 15% which adds up to the original price of the meal, meaning that the guest only will pay for those fees.
